Returns & Refunds

At Soft Glam Nails, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Returns
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received.

To request a return, please contact us through our Contact Us page with your order number and reason for the return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or tested nail products cannot be returned. Clearance, final-sale items, gift cards, and customized/personalized products are also non-returnable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate replacement or refund when applicable.

Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for unwanted items. If the return is due to an error by Soft Glam Nails or an eligible damaged/defective item, we will provide further instructions.

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee that it can be canceled or changed.
