SHIPPING POLICY – SOFTGLAMNAILS

Thank you for shopping with SoftGlamNails. This Shipping Policy explains our order processing, shipping, and delivery procedures.

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

SoftGlamNails currently ships to addresses within the United States.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

3. SHIPPING RATES

We currently offer the following shipping options within the United States:

Standard Shipping: $6.99

Priority Shipping: $12.99

Free Standard Shipping on orders of $70 or more.

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout when available.

Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control may affect delivery times.

5. ORDER TRACKING

When tracking information is available, it will be included in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow time for the carrier to update the tracking information after your order has shipped.

6. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. SoftGlamNails is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

7. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible so we can assist you.
