TERMS OF SERVICE - SOFTGLAMNAILS

By booking an appointment or using our services at SoftGlamNails, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Appointments

  • Booking: All appointments (Nails, Lashes) are subject to availability.
  • Arrival Time: Please arrive 5–10 minutes early. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to avoid delaying the next client.
  • Health Disclosure: Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions (e.g., diabetes, skin infections) before your service begins.

2. Pricing & Payments

  • Rates: Prices for services are as listed at the salon or on our official booking site. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
  • Payment: We accept cash and major credit/debit cards. All payments must be settled in full upon completion of the service.
  • Gratuity: Tips are not included in service prices but are greatly appreciated for exceptional service.

3. Right to Refuse Service

For the safety and comfort of our staff and clients, SoftGlamNails reserves the right to refuse service to:

  • Anyone with visible nail/skin infections or open wounds.
  • Anyone displaying rude, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior.
  • Anyone who repeatedly misses appointments without notice.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Aftercare: You are responsible for following the aftercare instructions provided by our technicians to maintain the longevity of your nails or lashes.
  • Personal Property: We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left at the salon.

5. Liability Waiver

While we use high-quality products and follow strict sanitation protocols, SoftGlamNails is not liable for any allergic reactions or injuries resulting from undisclosed medical conditions or improper aftercare by the client.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the most recent version.
